A new painting before the year ends. I haven’t produced much this year and not because of laziness. It’s been a year full of obstacles and challenges. At least I’m glad I could finish this one before 2018.
It’s called “Distill Life”. It started as a humble salute to Jan Mankes’ “Judaspenning in Japanese vase” and wanted to title it “Judaspenning in Indian vase”, since what you see here it’s a red indian vase I actually own and placed before me while painting.
